Aftercare

Dermal Fillers (All Areas)

First 6 hours
    •    Avoid touching, massaging, or applying makeup.
    •    Refrain from lying flat—keep your head elevated when resting.

24–48 hours
    •    Avoid alcohol, strenuous exercise, saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, or facial massages.
    •    Gently apply cold compresses to reduce swelling/bruising.
    •    Try arnica gel or bromelain supplements (if not contraindicated).

Up to 2 weeks
    •    Avoid pressure on treated areas (helmets, tight clothing, masks).
    •    Use SPF daily—sun exposure can degrade filler.
    •    Minor bruising/swelling is expected; full settling occurs after 10–14 days.
    •    Return for a follow-up touch-up if needed.

Anti-Wrinkle Injections (Botox – All Areas)

Immediately after (4 hours)
    •    Stay upright; avoid lying down or bending over.
    •    Refrain from rubbing, massaging, or exercising the treated muscles.
    •    Do not apply makeup.

First 24 hours
    •    Avoid intense workouts, alcohol, sauna/steam rooms.
    •    No long car journeys (to prevent increased pressure in vessels).

Up to 2 weeks
    •    Refrain from facials, microdermabrasion, laser treatments on treated areas.
    •    Results emerge around day 3, with maximum effect in 10–14 days.
    •    At 2‑week consultation, review results and address any asymmetry or tweaking needs.

 

 

Skin Boosters & Polynucleotides

 

Day 0
    •    Slight swelling, redness or tiny bumps are normal.
    •    Avoid makeup, exercise, saunas, hot showers, and alcohol.

48 hours post-treatment
    •    Continue gentle skin care; no retinol, acids or peels.
    •    Keep hydrated to support cellular repair.

2–4 weeks
    •    Expect gradual improvements in hydration, tone, and texture.
    •    Repeat injectable sessions based on your skin’s response and goals.

 

Fat Dissolving (Skinny Bottle)

 

Days 1–3
    •    Swelling, tenderness, and occasionally bruising are common.
    •    Use cool compresses 15 min hourly as needed.
    •    Gently massage the area daily (5–10 min), unless uncomfortable.

Up to 1 week
    •    Avoid alcohol, intense exercise, heat treatments (sauna, sunbed, hot bath), and tight clothing.

    •    Use only the post-care serum and SPF provided; no retinoids or acids.

Day 2–3
    •    Redness fades; mild peeling or tightness possible.
    •    Avoid heavy sweating, steam rooms, hot tubs, and exercise.

Up to 7 days
    •    No laser or active exfoliation.
    •    Collagen remodeling occurs over several weeks—results improve gradually.

 

 

Teeth Whitening

 

First 48 hours
    •    Follow a “white diet” – avoid coffee, tea, red wine, berries, curries, tomato sauce.
    •    Do not smoke or vape.
    •    Sensitivity is common; use desensitizing toothpaste.

Up to 1 week
    •    Avoid hot or cold extremes in food/drinks.
    •    Use straw where possible for beverages.

Maintenance
    •    Good oral hygiene and occasional top-up sessions help maintain brightness.

Laser Hair Removal

 

Days 1–2
    •    Mild redness, swelling, and follicle darkening (“chill bumps”) are typical.
    •    Avoid hot showers, sweat, saunas, sunbeds, and heavy exercise.

Up to 1 week
    •    Apply SPF 30+ daily if areas are sun-exposed.
    •    Do not wax, pluck or epilate—shaving between sessions is fine.

Ongoing care
    •    Hair sheds over next 1–3 weeks.
    •    Multiple sessions (6–8 usually) are needed for permanent reduction.
    •    Follow session schedules for best outcomes.

 

 

Under‑Eye Treatments

(tear trough fillers, PN boosters, or PRP)

 

Day 0–2
    •    Expect swelling, puffiness, and some bruising.
    •    Sleep with head elevated and use cold compresses intermittently.
    •    Use preservative-free eye drops if needed—avoid heavy creams nearby.

Up to 7 days
    •    No makeup over treated area until swelling/bruising subsides.
    •    Avoid rubbing your eyes and refrain from saunas, steam, or exercise.

Weeks 2–4
    •    Look for gradual reduction in puffiness, pigment, and improved skin quality.
    •    Return for follow-up and possible enhancements once fully healed.

 

 

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma – All Areas)

 

Day 0–1
    •    Redness, pinpoint bleeding, or bumps may occur.
    •    Avoid makeup for 24 hours.
    •    Use gentle cleanser and apply SPF.

Days 2–5
    •    No retinoids, peels, acids or active exfoliants.
    •    Avoid steam rooms, saunas, exercising hard, alcohol.

Up to 6 weeks
    •    PRP stimulates collagen and elastin—results take time.
    •    Skin texture, tone, and firmness improve progressively over 4–6 weeks.
    •    Maintenance boosters may enhance long-term  results. 

 

SPMU (Semi‑Permanent Makeup – All Areas)

 

Healing Timeline & Process
Day    Appearance & Care
1–3    Pigment looks very dark and bold; mild swelling is possible. Keep the area clean and dry.
4–7    Light flaking or scabbing begins. Do not pick. Apply aftercare balm as instructed.
8–14    Pigment may appear patchy or lighter—this is normal. Continue balm and avoid heavy makeup.
4–6 weeks    Final color sets in after scabs have healed and skin has fully renewed. Apply sunscreen regularly to preserve pigment.


Aftercare Instructions:
    1.    Do not get eyebrows/wings/liner wet for at least 7–10 days.
    2.    Avoid gym sessions that cause heavy sweating, swimming, steam rooms, saunas.
    3.    No makeup, tinting, chemical peels, or laser near treated area until fully healed.
    4.    Use designated aftercare balm twice daily unless otherwise advised.
    5.    Attend your 4–6 week touch-up appointment to perfect tone, shape, and consistency.

 

 

General Tips for All Treatments
    •    Always use SPF 30+ on treated areas (especially after skin or pigment procedures).
    •    Keep hydrated and eat healthily to support skin healing.
    •    Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol during recovery periods.
    •    Use soothing, low‑pH, preservative‑free skincare unless otherwise directed.
    •    Schedule any additional aesthetic treatments after healing is complete (2–6 weeks depending on the procedure).
