Terms & Conditions

APPOINTMENTS

 • You may reschedule once within 30 days of your original booking with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).

 • Any further changes require a new non-refundable booking fee.

 • Cancellations are non-refundable.

 • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: Full appointment fee is due.

 • Late arrivals (20+ mins) will result in cancellation and full fee charged.

 • Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies or illness at our discretion (proof required).

 

FORCE MAJEURE

 • In cases such as pandemic, war, or natural disaster, fees are non-refundable.

 • A new date or location will be offered when safe.

 

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING

 

To cancel or change your appointment, call or text 07776 346447. If texting or leaving a voicemail, please include:

• Your full name

• Phone number

• Appointment date and time

• Treatment(s) booked

• That you wish to cancel or reschedule

 

 

AESTHETIC TREATMENTS POLICY

 • Consultation & Consent: All clients must complete a consultation and sign a consent form prior to treatment. Please disclose all medical history, allergies, medications, or recent treatments.

 • Treatment Refusal: We reserve the right to decline or delay treatment if we believe it’s unsafe or unnecessary.

 • Results Disclaimer: Results vary per person. No treatment guarantees specific or permanent results.

 • No Refunds: Once a treatment has been carried out, no refunds will be given.

 • Touch-ups: Additional appointments may be required and are chargeable unless agreed otherwise.

 • Aftercare: Following aftercare is essential. We are not responsible for complications due to non-compliance.

 • Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Aesthetic treatments are not available to those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

 • Minimum Age: You must be 18 or older for aesthetic treatments. ID may be required.

 

 

LADIES-ONLY POLICY

 

Be Unique is a female-only clinic.

We do not accept male clients or allow men on the premises at any time.

Please do not bring friends, partners, children or guests with you to your appointment. Due to insurance, hygiene, and client comfort, we kindly ask that only the person booked for treatment enters the clinic.

 

 

LASH EXTENSIONS POLICY

 • Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of application with photos.

 • Lash aftercare must be followed.

 • No complimentary infills after 48 hours.

 • Patch test available on request (not mandatory).

 • No refunds for allergic reactions; lashes can be removed same day free of charge.

 

 

GOODS & SUPPLIES

 • No refunds on any retail products or supplies.

 

 

RESPECT & SAFETY POLICY

 

We have zero tolerance for abuse, threats, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or clients. Any such conduct will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
